technology, Quantum unites eight separate processing
steps into one continuous flow. The process converts
RWL lumber into ready-to-use moulding blanks and other innovative
products with incredible efficiency. |

programs, including our custom mouldings.
The Benefits
The Quantum system
allows us to offer customers ripping and processing options simply unavailable
until now. While the system significantly cuts processing costs and increases
rip yields, the key to Quantum is our ability to combine and manage multiple
rip orders simultaneously.
By analyzing
the final product mix requirements of multiple customers and combining
them into one run, we're able to supply each customer with a much greater
percentage of desired parts than normal. Typical downfall programs normally
associated with ripping are reduced substantially or eliminated.
